Remuneration Report
This Report is presented to shareholders by the Board and provides information on Directors' remuneration. This Report complies with the Directors' Remuneration Report Regulations 2002 and also sets out how the principles of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance ("the Code") issued in July 2003 relating to Directors' remuneration are applied.
A resolution will be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 17 January 2008, inviting them to consider and approve this Report.
