Anachem group
In October 2009, a contract was signed for the disposal of the manual liquid handling ("MLH") business of Anachem Ltd with the transaction due to complete in January 2010. Anachem is now treated in the Group accounts as a discontinuing business held for sale and its revenues and projects have been excluded from the sector analysis.
