Directors' Interests in Shares
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified that Mr BM Thompson, the Chief Executive Officer, has acquired a further 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company, following a purchase of shares yesterday at 154.0 pence per share.
