Directors' Interests in Shares
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified that Mr JL Rennocks, the Chairman of the Company, has acquired a further 9,300 ordinary shares of the Company, following a purchase of shares yesterday at 158.8 pence per share.
