Director/PDMR Shareholding
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified today of the following transactions in the shares of the Company:
- Mr JL Rennocks, the Chairman of the Company, has acquired a further 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company, following a purchase of shares on Friday, 7 December 2007, at 901.5 pence per share.
- Mr BM Thompson, a Director of the Company, has acquired a further 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company, following a purchase of shares on Friday, 7 December 2007 at 900 pence per share.
