Directors' Interests in Shares
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified today that Mr Iain Henderson, a Director of the Company, has disposed of 18,875 ordinary shares of the Company at 166.0 pence per share and has acquired a further 39,875 ordinary shares of the Company at 167.0 pence per share, following transactions carried out yesterday.
