Directors' Interests in Shares
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified that Mr JL Rennocks, the Chairman of the Company, has acquired a further 53,666 ordinary shares of the Company, following a purchase of shares today at 164.5 pence per share.
