Appointment of Non Executive Director
Diploma PLC, the group of specialised international distribution businesses, today announces the appointment of Ian Grice (aged 53) as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Diploma PLC, which is effective immediately.
Ian is Group Chief Executive of Alfred McAlpine plc. He is a chartered engineer who was previously a director with John Mowlem plc where he worked for 17 years, after starting his career with Laing and Kier.
Commenting on his appointment, John Rennocks, Chairman of Diploma PLC said: "I am delighted that Ian will be joining our Board and look forward to the experience he will bring to the Company".
There are no disclosures required under paragraph 9.6.13(2) - (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
