Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, the Company advises that at the date of this Announcement:
Diploma PLC's capital consists of 113,239,555 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights of one vote per share. Diploma PLC does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Diploma PLC is 113,239,555.
The above figure (113,239,555) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Diploma PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
