Notification of Transaction of Directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PMDR") or connected person
The Company has been notified that today Iain Henderson, an Executive Director of the Company, has sold 15,000 Ordinary Shares at £8.54 per share and his SIPP, which is held by TD Waterhouse, has purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at £8.54. His beneficial interest in the shares of the Company remains unchanged at 61,000 ordinary shares.
