Director/PDMR Shareholding
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified that Mr I Grice, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has become beneficially interested in 3,000 ordinary shares of the Company, following a purchase of shares on 25 May 2007 at 949 pence per share.
