Directors Interests in Shares
Diploma PLC, the international group of specialised distribution businesses, has been notified today that the following Directors of the Company acquired further ordinary shares in the Company, in transactions completed today and on Friday, 27 June 2008:
John Rennocks (Chairman) - acquired 17,000 shares at 158.5 - 159.7 pence per share
Bruce Thompson (Director) - acquired 10,000 shares at 160.0 pence per share
