Key Performance indicators
To measure the success of the Group strategy, management uses the four financial key performance indicators (KPIs) detailed below. As well as being used to measure Group level performance, the financial KPIs drill down through the organisation and are used as the principal quantitative elements in the short and long term incentive programmes for senior management in the businesses.
