Our colleagues are the foundation of our business. They deliver for our customers, execute against our strategy and are key to our ongoing success. It is critical that we continue to support their development.
We have set out the initiatives we have in place to support engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion across our Group.
Our vision is that all our colleagues are highly engaged, as they drive the success of our businesses and the Group. Our colleagues have great technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of their customers and markets. Engagement helps us to retain that talent and nurture the unique culture that supports our success.

We want to build a diverse workforce, where every colleague can bring their full selves to work and fulfil their potential. Being a diverse, inclusive and equitable Group allows us to recruit, support, retain and engage the best talent. As an international Group of businesses, we operate across multiple sectors and end markets.
Proactively engaging, educating and empowering our colleagues in order to become more diverse, inclusive and equitable is an exciting opportunity. We are committed to continuously improving our culture in order to create a workplace that allows all our colleagues to thrive.

Diversity and inclusion is a competitive advantage that can help our businesses grow. We have set an ambition that all our colleagues feel able to bring their full selves to work, fulfil their potential and benefit from working as part of a diverse team. We recognise that we have more to do to drive diversity across our senior team and have set a target of 40% female representation within our senior management team by 2030.
We have conducted listening groups with over one hundred women across our businesses to heir their first hand experiences and insights. As a result we launched a global Women in Leadership programme. We have also partnered with 'Mentor Mums' in the UK to enhance our support and coaching for mothers returning to the workplace.
In March, we celebrated International Women's Day across the Group through talks, fundraising, events and a series of webinars on equity and inclusion. Members of our Senior Leadership Team also shared how they are inspiring inclusion.
