Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a key part of our commitment to Delivering Value Responsibly. During 2023, we held a number of focus groups with women across our businesses. These sessions helped us to understand what mattered most to the women working across the Group and what they need to help support their career.
In response, we launched the Women in Leadership Programme – a series of webinars open to women across the Group and reflecting the topics and areas of interest raised during the focus groups.
