Today we announced a significant increase in our financial guidance for FY26 โ now expecting 9% organic growth (up from 6%) and operating margins of c.25% (up from 22.5%). We are hugely proud of the @M Seals Group apprenticeship scheme and the consistent efforts they've made to successfully attract, retain and develop their apprentices and trainees for the long term. As @Paul Matthias says below: over 85% of their shop floor either joined through an apprenticeship or straight from school and now have a combined service time of over 90 years. It's an impressive statistic and worth celebrating this National Apprenticeship Week!
